We’re gearing up for another amazing Oktoberfest celebration, this time taking place for the whole weekend October 2-4!

We’ll have traditional Oktoberfest bierz on tap and, of course, legit German food.

Get Slap Happier with our new Pork Slap

Every once in a while, in a young sandwich’s life, the time comes to raise the crave-ability factor by boosting the pizzazz under the bun.  Chefs Tito Marino and Leila Schardt at Closed for Business have done just that with the famous Pork Slap sandwich.   You will still find the fried pork cutlet, house sauce, Swiss cheese and melt-in-your-mouth Brown’s Court Bakery bun, but you will also be happy to taste the addition of tender pulled pork (which replaces the smoked ham), pickled green tomatoes, and pickled mustard seeds.  While we once were Slap Happy, I guess you could now say we’re Slap Happier.

Swing by to acquaint yourself with this gem of a sammy. It’ll be a special all week before going on the regular menu.
